We provide valuation services to evaluate businesses, assets, options, etc. including fairness opinions, Intellectual property valuations, Impairment tests, MEIP-tests, etc.) both for strategic (M&A) or financial reporting purposes.
We also provide financial modelling services for business planning, mergers and acquisitions and other general corporate finance advisory, including feasibility studies, corporate finance research and studies (WACC and Cost of Equity studies, Option analyses, Stochastic valuations, etc.).

Equity and Debt capital raising
